Transfere score to another mobilephone

Hello,
I have a big big problem...
I play Dragon Vale on my iPhone and I have a new mobilephone now. Its from Samsung. Now I wanted to play Dragon Vale on my Samsung. But I cant transfer my old score.
But I have a idea:
If the users could log in with an account in Dragon Vale, the score would be saved on the account.
The users could log in with the account on every mobilephone and play with their old score.
I hope you can understand what I wrote because my English is bad..
