It is so awesome I cannot stop playing and playing and playing I keep doing that every day.

Ive been playing this game for four years now. I took a break for a while, and, of course, lost my dragons. Im now level 22 again- with almost all the same dragons, and some I never had, but this new update is crap. I remember the wheel, where youd spin to win prizes. It was sheer chance. Now, all I get is dumb keys from quests, extra dumb screens, and LIMITED PLAYS ON THE DRAGON TRACK. I loved the dragon track, it sped up the tedious progress of getting 125 gems for the breeding island (Im at 100 now, woo hoo!), since some of the rewards really payed off. But now, only 10 plays every few hours? This is horrible. Backflip, whats your problem? What did we do to you? Your loyal players, for years and years, and this is how you repay us? I expected better from you guys. You used to be my favorite game company, but ruining your best game ever, that crosses the line. Backflip, Im earnestly disappointed in you. Be ashamed of yourselves, you money whores.

I love this game, my mom, brother, sister, and I have been playing it for some time now but this update has made me not even want to open it. This update included the new legendary dragon which I was so excited for only to find it nearly impossible to get any pieces for! Even when you do pick a chest without a piece there may not have even been any there in the first place! Getting Karios wasnt easy either but this is ridiculous.

I updated my device the all the money I put in the game is gone and dragon vale restarted and now it wont open please help

Ive tried multiple times to download this game and have it load, including today. Today I downloaded it and it stays in the same screen for ages doing nothing. Ever since the Christmas update or whatever, it hasnt been working for me. Ive tried to uninstall and reinstall the game many times, but it just stays in the same loading screen.

I have played this game on multiple devices and each time after I got really good I had to restart.

I have been playing dragon vale for the past 4 years. its treated me well but for the past few weeks, it hasnt loaded. I keep trying to open the app but it keeps saying "reload while we fix this" but it isnt fixing. i dont know if its my storage or what but please fix these bugs!

I was playing dragon vale and everything was fine and dandy. Then I decided to close out the game because I wanted to save barer and I was falling asleep. Now whenever I try to open it up it just closes out the game and goes back to the iPhone home screen. Not sure if its the update or my phone, probably the update, but please fix it.

I cant play the game without fear of losing all data. The question for every time while opening use game center or local needs to not happen. If i loose my game data Im not playing again

Ive been playing this game for just about 9 years without any problem. But starting today the game will not load. When I open the app, the illustration of the wizard and dragon appears, but the bar at the bottom doesnt. Ill leave the game open for a few minutes and it just doesnt do anything. Really enjoyed the game until today. The quest to get Gaia is frustrating too, I guess.

I have played this game on my kindle for almost 4 years. Last year that stupid wishing well thing you earned ruined my life. I selected the victory dragon, my game froze, i hit the home button, went back in, got a pitch black screen, shut it down,(cause that is what I have to do in this situation) i opened the app(i was level 39) and a message said Welcome to dragonvale! I burst into tears and did not stop being depressed for an entire week. I must have spent 500 dollars on that game and only got 300 gems in return. The man said he could do nothing about it at all. I have since rebuilt my vale and has enjoyed it. I play it on my ipad and intensely horrified at this once top grossing game. This app was at the top of the list of best apps for I dont even know how long. It came to my attention that there was not as much competition back then. Why did you make Gaia or whatever. I am level 25! I want to join in on the fun on trying to get her! But i have to wait for 5 levels to do so. Very disappointing. My family has played this game. Everyone in my family does. And to do this to all of your fans? I have been on the verge of deleting it at least ten times. You gotta step up your game dragonvale. Games are getting better and more fun. Cmon, hurry up! Can you listen for once IN YOUR STINKIN LIFE?

Everytime I race and finish top 3, I lag out and it doesnt let me claim my price

The game wont load it takes about 10 mins for me to fianally get on. I get on and it keeps saying something went wrong and its aggravating. This is my fav game and im getting mad about this issue fix it.

I love the game but the stupid chests and keys are stupid. I used to get them for Kairos but because of the new update I couldnt get any. Stupid change in my opinion, so plz change it back

I cant get in the game since the last update I want to still play this game please update or do something so more people can play

Why can you not be able to cancel breeding?

Ok, so I can get the advertisements and the push to sell "discounts" but please give me the ability to turn it off!!!!! I dont want to click on that X everytime I open the game. 25 times a day, really? Seen it, dont want it, make it go away...

A lot of people seem to be mad about the new update, and I am too. I dont mind the new treasure-chest choosing at the end of races and quests (the likelihood of getting the prize you want is the same as it was before, since the game just generates random prizes anyway) but I do find it annoying that many of the prizes dont make sense. For example, I might win first prize by a mile and only get a small sum of money, but other times I might place second and win double the amount. The prizes in the chests for first place should always be higher than the prizes for second place, no matter what. And what determines whether I win one or two keys? If I blow the competition away or get a lot of "perfect"s, why should I get fewer keys than other times when I barely win? In addition, I dont mind the race limit (since you no longer need to pay to race), but can the wait PLEASE be less than 16-20 hours? Even a 12-hour wait would be more acceptable, so I could at least play twice a day. Furthermore, it is beyond annoying to have to go through several new screens every time I hatch a dragon. Also, when moving dragons to different habitats, the screen used to gently glide over to an open habitat, but now it jumps impatiently there in such a way that bothers my eyes and makes me generally uncomfortable for some reason. I have also been experiencing some bugs since the last update. Quite often, the racetrack displays the wrong elements (such as dark and earth for "Marshlands", which is supposed to be water and plant). The game also sometimes crashes when I try to complete Colosseum events. During one particularly bad instance, I tried to complete the event at least three times, and each time it not only crashed but reset some of the progress I had made beforehand. This is very disruptive to my ability to play the game and must be fixed. Overall, I love the game and like the new update, but a few things about it still need to be fine-tuned.

Ive had this game for years and I was a huge fan and I was okay with the wheel spinning being replaced with chests but this new limit is too much. I put time and money into this game and its obvious that this is yet just another tactic for you greedy money hogs to make more money by ripping off kids. I tried to ignore it, I really did, but this is an all new low. When I say that I enjoyed the old Dragovale, Im speaking for everyone. Listen to your customers you idiots. Youve lost a customer.
